He spent his formative years in Singapore, Uruguay, and Cyprus. And is a passport carrying citizen of Britain, Italy, and Uruguay. Holding an L.L.B and an L.L.M in European Law from Maastricht University. Nobody is better suited to understand and find cross-border international solutions.
